For longer briefs, attaching photos, or anything that needs more space than a form. We read every email properly and reply personally.
Within one business day, usually faster. We work Monday to Friday, with reduced availability on weekends — anything sent over the weekend will get a reply by Monday afternoon at the latest.
Is there a minimum budget to work with you?
It depends on the service. Personal errands have a 2-hour minimum, gift curation typically starts at €100 for the items themselves, and personal shopping is hourly. We’ll tell you upfront if your request and budget are a fit.
What if I'm not sure which service I need?
Choose “not sure yet” on the form. We’ll figure it out together once we know more. There’s no wrong way to reach out.
Do you take on urgent or last-minute requests?
Sometimes — depending on what it is and our current capacity. If you’re working with a tight deadline, mention it in your enquiry and we’ll tell you honestly whether we can help.
Is my information kept private?
Yes. We don’t share your details with anyone, we don’t add you to marketing lists without permission, and we treat client information with discretion as a default. NDAs available on request for sensitive projects.
